What we collect

The qualified form collects name, company, corporate email, phone, asset type, asset location, project stage, estimated scale, desired timeline, primary need, message and commercial consent, together with the selected language. Company, phone and asset qualification fields other than primary need are optional. The server also records request IP and user-agent metadata, a submission identifier and time. A hidden field helps detect automated submissions.

Why we process it

Form data and commercial consent support your preliminary assessment request and the resulting commercial conversation. Server metadata supports security, abuse prevention and request traceability. The form consent is separate from optional audience measurement and does not authorize advertising. Data is not sold or rented.

Storage, delivery and retention

The configured delivery flow attempts to store the submission, including server metadata, in private Vercel Blob storage before sending it through Resend to the corporate mailbox. A bounded storage failure can fall back to email. These providers process data to support this service. Access, provider arrangements and retention must be governed according to the purpose and applicable obligations; no fixed deletion deadline or automatic erasure is promised here. Your rights

Under Brazil's LGPD (Law 13.709/2018), you may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, information about sharing, anonymisation, portability or deletion where applicable, and withdraw consent. Write to comercial@gsrlogisticareversa.com.br. Requests are assessed against applicable legal obligations; withdrawal does not undo lawful prior processing.

Optional measurement and external services

If configured, Google Tag Manager (GTM) loads only after separate analytics consent, for audience and conversion measurement. The site sends fixed public route, language, origin category, interaction and form-stage/field identifiers, never field values, email addresses, arbitrary URLs or referrers. Origin categories distinguish direct or external entry from internal navigation; they are not advertising attribution. Measurement preferences in the footer let you withdraw consent; the choice is stored in this browser and synchronized across tabs. Hosted tags require separate configuration and validation. Advertising consent remains denied.

The OpenStreetMap embed loads only on request and can receive connection metadata. External map/contact links take you to their providers. No technical security measure is absolute; operational access controls, provider validation and retention governance remain necessary.
