CircularOS: organized evidence, capabilities in development

Digital infrastructure in development to bring documents together, trace lots and support evidence analysis. What a prototype can demonstrate does not establish production use.

Prototype, pilot and production are not equivalent

  1. Prototype

The development stage presented here. Demonstrations and local tests explore record workflows; they do not establish continuous operation, external custody or validated backups.

  2. Pilot

Requires agreed scope, authorized data, owners and acceptance criteria. This page does not assert a completed pilot or independent acceptance.

  3. Production

Not declared as validated. Requires evidence of security, continuity, restoration, governance and acceptance appropriate to the contracted use.

Proposed capabilities for the lot record

This list describes design intent, not a catalogue of available or contracted features. Each capability requires implementation, testing and validation for its proposed use.

Digital lot passport

Design intent: link a lot's origin to weighing, transport and destination documents. The model in development does not assert complete coverage of an operation.

  • Weighbridge ticket and recorded tonnage
  • Material classification and predominant alloy
  • Transport manifest and haulier
  • Invoice and final destination
  • Authorized photographic record of the load

Record integrity and history

Design intent in development: associate authorship, time and integrity checks with documents. A hash alone does not establish data truth or external custody.

  • SHA-256 alteration checks to validate
  • Change history and authorship to test
  • Access roles and isolation to verify

Lot-level MRV model

A model in development to identify evidence gaps. Cross-project comparisons depend on compatible methods, weights and data; validated performance is not assumed.

  • Six proposed evidence dimensions
  • Rules and weights subject to validation
  • Identification of pending documents

Dossier for technical review

Design intent: assemble records in a reviewable dossier. Export functionality in development does not establish acceptance by clients, regulators or lenders.

  • Proposed consolidation by material and destination
  • Proposed index of documents per lot
  • Review of assumptions behind any environmental estimate
  • Technical validation before any submission

A completeness model, not a certification

The MRV model in development organizes six evidence dimensions. Weights, calculation method and validation criteria must be explicit before any application; a score does not establish environmental performance.

Weight and weighing
Tonnage recorded against a weighbridge ticket.
Documentation
Manifest, invoice and destination certificate attached.
Traceability
Origin, haulier and destination identified on the record.
Classification
Material characterised and segregated by type.
Operational management
Timely entry with an identified owner.
Auditability
Record integrity checkable after it was written.

What CircularOS does not establish

CircularOS is not presented as validated production operation. No claim is made of independent acceptance, external custody or validated backups. Tokenisation, environmental credits and regulatory integration are not promised as available features. Generated documents require technical validation before official submission; the system does not replace independent verification.

Define the evidence need before access

Describe the asset, existing documents and intended use. The conversation establishes whether a demonstration or possible pilot is appropriate; it does not presume a contract or production access.
