Delivery boundaries and responsibilities

GSR
Propose scope, work sequence and technical and documentary deliverables. Team, equipment, partners and responsibilities are defined in the proposal, not assumed from this page.
Client
Supply information, establish ownership and authorizations, enable access and agree operating interfaces. Responsibility for permits and submissions must be recorded in the contract.
Specialists and third parties
Testing, decontamination, transport and destination depend on material characterization and the engagement and verification of competent providers.
Before execution
Risk analysis, isolation, lifting, protective equipment and field records form part of a safety plan to be confirmed for each project. This page does not assert certification or an already verified practice.

From inventory to the next technical step

A preliminary assessment identifies information gaps and the path to a scope. It is not a fixed quotation, a residual-value guarantee or authorization to execute.
